Qualifications

• Master’s degree in data science or related field.
• 8+ years in data science or health analytics.
• Python and SQL proficiency; cloud analytics experience.
• Modeling with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost, etc.).
• Able to translate business problems to data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define analytical problems with stakeholders and outcomes.
• Develop ML and statistical models (regression, classification, marketing models).
• Support full model lifecycle: validation, deployment, monitoring.
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead AI-enabled products and self-service analytics platforms.
• Develop GenAI and LLM-powered apps and AI-assisted tools.
