Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our West Division from offices in Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Jose or Phoenix. The role focuses on developing client-focused proposals, qualifications, and presentations that reflect Gilbane's brand and value proposition.

You will collaborate with the BD team to shape campaigns, elevate market visibility, and craft differentiated narratives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5–7 years of marketing experience in the AEC industry or similar.
Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

Lead development of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations with quality, creativity, and deadlines.
Manage content development and pursuits with the BD team.
Craft storyContent on clients, projects, people, and Gilbane differentiators.
Ensure external content aligns with Gilbane's brand standards.
Lead marketing campaigns, awards, speaking submissions, and events.
Develop internal/external communications and digital content.
