Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Specialist for the Southeast Division, based in multiple offices including Tampa, FL. You will lead client-focused proposals, qualifications, and presentations that reflect Gilbane’s brand and value proposition.

You will influence campaigns, elevate market visibility, and craft narratives that differentiate Gilbane in a competitive landscape. This role sits primarily in the office and partners with the Business Development team to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or the AEC industry.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Leads development and production of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations with focus on quality and deadlines.
Manages content development and pursuits process with the Business Development team.
Crafts compelling story content about clients, projects, people, and Gilbane differentiators.
Ensures all external content aligns with Gilbane’s brand standards and messaging.
Leads development and execution of marketing campaigns, awards and speaking submissions, and local event support.
