Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Southeast Division, based in one of several offices including Orlando, FL. You will lead client qualifications, proposals, and presentations, partnering with the Business Development team to reflect Gilbane’s brand and value proposition across campaigns and content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-7 years relevant experience in marketing and/or AEC industry.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and production of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations with focus on quality and deadlines.
• Manages content development and pursuits process with the Business Development team.
• Crafts compelling story content about clients, projects, people, and Gilbane differentiators for deliverables.
• Ensures all external content and client deliverables align with Gilbane’s brand standards.
• Leads the development and execution of marketing campaigns, branded content, awards, speaking submissions, and local events.
• Leads internal and external communications including newsletters, press releases, website content, social media, and content for digital channels.
• Oversees organization and maintenance of digital assets and data integrity for assigned geography.
• Develops knowledge of AEC industry and Gilbane’s capabilities across sectors.
