You will partner with leaders to deliver data-driven plans, manage timelines, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market impact.

Qualifications

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related subject required.
• Knowledge of the four P's of marketing (Product, Price, Promotion, and Placement) required.
• Export controls or sanctions compliance licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing strategy for a defined product line or geography by aligning deliverables to global brand objectives and business goals.
• Lead the development of data‑driven marketing plans through market research, pricing analysis, and actionable insights for leadership decision‑making.
• Partner with marketing leaders to create and refine targeted marketing communication plans that effectively engage key audiences.
• Drive project execution by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring clear communication of progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across global, cross‑functional, and multi‑cultural teams to successfully deliver marketing initiatives and exceed performance expectations.
• Represent Marketing on Value Package Introduction teams, contributing strategic input to support successful product launches.
• Integrate Voice of the Customer insights and customer satisfaction data into marketing strategies to enhance customer experience and market relevance.
• Mentor and support the development of less experienced marketing professionals while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the function.
