Job summary

You will collaborate with customers, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to shape designs, mentor peers, and lead initiatives with technical direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field is required.
• Master's degree relevant to the discipline may be required for select roles.
• Experience as Senior or Lead Engineer is preferred.
• Licensing for export controls or sanctions may be required.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into hardware and software specifications for electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and document outcomes to improve reliability.
• Lead system development through modeling, simulation, and DVP&R.
• Configure and test integrated hardware and software components.
• Collaborate with customers, engineering, manufacturing and suppliers.
• Review work to ensure reusable, high-quality designs.
• Provide technical direction and ownership of components or initiatives.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to engineering process improvements.
