Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of business development and marketing experience.
• Strong writing and proofreading abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe InDesign; Asana a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of pitch/proposal coordination and BD approach.
• Lead messaging, content, and marketing materials for requests.
• Drive pitch/proposal strategy and process; manage deliverables.
• Coordinate marketing responsibilities across functions and teams.
• Write and prepare proposals; review with fee-earners and affiliates.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of final materials; debrief as needed.
