Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Services & Operations in Chicago to strengthen the vendor and process foundations behind Trade Marketing. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives, oversee vendor onboarding, and drive end‑to‑end POS buy processes while ensuring timely, high‑quality execution across marketing teams and partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, trade, or cross‑functional roles.
• Hands-on experience managing print, POS, or fulfillment partners with SLAs and reviews.
• Experience designing cross‑functional processes, workflows, and operating standards.
• Strong project/program management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities with limited oversight.
• Excellent communication, synthesis, judgment, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with enterprise systems such as Ariba, Salesforce, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Vendor management for print, POS, and promotional partners, including onboarding and performance reviews.
• Manage end-to-end POS buy timeline, approvals, and delivery milestones across teams and vendors.
• Design and maintain operating workflows connecting Brand, Commercial, Field Marketing, Partnerships & Events, and Marketing Services.
• Governance and adoption of Trade Marketing systems (Ariba, Salesforce, Footmarks, ePOS, SharePoint).
• Provide data quality and governance standards for reliable reporting and user experience.
• Support cost analysis with Procurement; identify consolidation opportunities and drive efficiency.
