Job summary

Crisis24 seeks a Director of Proposal Management to lead our proposal function across Federal, SLG, and Commercial pursuits. You will guide strategy, coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Executive Leadership, and ensure compliant, compelling responses for high-value opportunities.

You will manage proposal content, governance, and cross-functional teams, drive win-rate improvements, and align pursuits with Crisis24's growth priorities, risk controls, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in proposal management or development with leadership experience.
• Experience leading Federal, SLG, and Commercial pursuits and multi-million opportunities.
• Strong understanding of federal procurement and public-sector contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development across Federal, SLG, and Commercial market segments.
• Partner with sales, business development, and operations to develop winning pursuit strategies.
• Participate in bid/no-bid evaluations and resource alignment for opportunities.
• Guide proposal teams on requirements, competitive positioning, risk mitigation, and value proposition.
• Support capture planning and executive reviews for high-value opportunities.
• Drive initiatives to improve proposal quality, efficiency, and win rates.
