Empower is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to oversee the full RFP lifecycle, crafting compelling responses and coordinating with sales and subject matter experts. You will drive quality and timeliness across complex retirement plan service proposals, mentoring junior staff and maintaining content libraries.

The role emphasizes collaboration, rigorous editing, and stakeholder communication, with a strong focus on process improvements and strategic objectives.

Qualificações

• Experience developing proposals in retirement plan services or professional services
• Experience coordinating all facets of the proposal process
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of investment and retirement terminology
• Proficiency with editing, proofreading, production and quality control
• Experience mentoring others and training junior staff
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of content management systems

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the entire RFP process from receipt to submission on deadlines
• Compose and edit proposal documents professionally and timely
• Coordinate with sales and cross-functional teams for tailored responses
• Collaborate with subject matter experts
• Research client needs, industry trends, and competitors
• Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements
• Support complex project volumes and train junior team members
• Maintain content library and update QA materials
• Update internal tracking systems for real-time reporting
• Perform other duties as assigned
