Job summary

Everwise Credit Union seeks a Sr. Marketing + Product Performance Analyst to lead performance measurement, develop scalable reporting, and convert data into actionable insights that drive growth, campaign optimization, product strategy, and member experience improvements.

You will partner with Marketing, Product Strategy, Data & Analytics, BI, and business leaders to identify drivers, evaluate outcomes, and deliver recommendations for planning and optimization across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics, data analytics, finance, economics, statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, product analytics, data reporting, or related role.
• Experience building dashboards, scorecards, or recurring reports that communicate insights.
• Experience analyzing marketing, product, member, digital, campaign, or financial services data.
• Credit union, banking, financial services, or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and improve performance reporting, dashboards, and scorecards across marketing, product, channels, and member experiences.
• Translate objectives into performance frameworks, metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks for planning and optimization.
• Analyze marketing performance across acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, cross-sell, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Identify trends and opportunities, and develop data-informed recommendations for decisions.
• Evaluate product performance across the member lifecycle to inform marketing strategies and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to define data requirements and ensure data quality and scalable reporting standards.
• Develop forecasts and scenario analyses to support goal setting and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, channel owners, and cross-functional partners to provide actionable insights.
• Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests) and test-and-learn initiatives with data-informed optimizations.
• Deliver timely reporting and insights for reviews, planning, and executive updates.
• Create data visualizations and narrative insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify new data sources and tools to enhance measurement and decision-making.
• Stay informed on marketing analytics, product analytics, and BI practices to strengthen data capabilities.
