Job summary

HelloFresh in Berlin seeks a (Senior) Category Manager Marketing to lead strategic sourcing and contracting for Marketing across categories like Offline/Online Media, Influencer Marketing, and Sponsorships. You will collaborate with Global and regional stakeholders to guide procurement initiatives and strengthen processes within Indirect Procurement.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial, proactive, and data-driven thinking, with a focus on delivering value and supporting HelloFresh’s growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing procurement or Marketing with commercial focus.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Marketing sourcing: supplier market mapping, RFx execution, negotiation, and contract award.
• Develop category strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and execute a sourcing roadmap with HQ and regional markets to deliver savings.
• Develop and optimize the supplier portfolio across HelloFresh’s markets.
• Cultivate relationships with senior business partners in Marketing.
• Lead implementation of best-in-class procurement processes and tools.
