Job summary

HelloFresh seeks a (Senior) Category Manager Marketing to lead strategic sourcing and contracting for Marketing across categories such as Offline/Online Media, Influencer Marketing, Sponsorships, and Retail Media. You will collaborate with global and regional stakeholders and major suppliers to navigate the procurement landscape and support Indirect Procurement modernization from Berlin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing procurement or Marketing with a commercial focus.
• Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier management.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior partners.
• Fluent Business English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Marketing sourcing: RFx, negotiation, and contract award.
• Develop category strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and execute a sourcing roadmap with HQ and regional markets for savings.
• Develop and optimize the supplier portfolio across HelloFresh markets.
• Cultivate relationships with senior business partners to support growth.
• Lead the implementation of best-in-class procurement processes and tools.
