Job summary

Toptal, a global remote-enabled network, seeks a hybrid operator to drive solution architecture, sales enablement, partnerships, and client-facing business development. You will be measured by outcomes: deals won, partner revenue, and offerings shipped. You will report to our Practice Director of our Marketing Agency and work within a distributed team.

This is a remote position in the US with no visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US and resumes must be in English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in agency/consulting with client outcomes.
• Experience writing/leading proposals or RFPs.
• Partnerships experience with GTM motions.
• Comfort across B2B and B2C across multiple verticals.
• Interest in AI and AI-enabled client solutions.
• Experience across marketing, sales, customer success, revops.
• Strong client-facing presence and communication.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-growing firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise proposals and RFP responses.
• Partner with SMB and Enterprise sales teams early in the deal cycle as a solutions counterpart and marketing SME.
• Own go-to-market execution of strategic partnerships with organizations like Hawke Media and Writer.
• Help evolve the core service catalog across project-based services and fully managed/retainer models.
• Represent the organization directly with enterprise clients, owning outcomes and generating new business.
• Design AI-enabled offerings for clients and champion AI adoption inside the team.
• Attend scheduled virtual team meetings and work with minimal supervision.
• Prioritize and self-manage workflows and deadlines.
