Job summary

Viatris seeks a Lead Specialist, PRC Operations to drive US PRC approval processes and coordinate end-to-end promotional material review activities. You will work with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory and Legal teams to ensure timely submissions and compliant assets.

The role requires extensive knowledge of VMAP, Veeva Vault, DAM platforms, and strong project management. Remote work and collaboration with global teams are common in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 6–8 years of experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical experience and/or project management experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and promotional review processes; MLR exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drives the US PRC approval process per VMAP SOP for assigned therapeutic areas.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional PRC meetings with agenda development and action follow-up.
• Coordinate end-to-end PRC operational activities for new product launches and timelines.
