Crowell & Moring LLP in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the Marketing and Client Development department and leadership, including the CMO. The role manages databases, budgets, onboarding, reports, and travel arrangements.
You will coordinate meetings, maintain intranet content, assist with marketing collateral, implement KM and BI tools, and prepare quarterly spend forecasts. A bachelor’s degree and seven years’ experience are required.

The Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing a broad range of operational and administrative support to the Marketing and Client Development department, as well as the individual members of the leadership team - Chief Marketing Officer and directors. The Senior Coordinator maintains department databases, helps to develop marketing presentation materials, produces department reports, and supports new team members with on-boarding. The Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator provides a critical role in not only supporting the annual budget forecasting and development process for the department, including office marketing and business development budgets, but helping the budget owners to track and manage their spend throughout the year. This role is responsible for managing the CMO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, processing reimbursements, and other administrative responsibilities.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree. Equivalent training and experience may substitute for education.
The position requires a minimum of seven (7) years of related and progressively more responsible experience. Strong project management and/or executive assistant experience is preferred. CRM experience is a plus.
$61,000-$90,000 USD
