Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive business experience in marketing, sales, strategy, or product development.
• Experience in medical device or healthcare capital equipment marketing is required.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the US hospital Ottava program rollout strategy from capital purchase through launch, activation, and early utilization.
• Define best‑practice launch models aligning hospital economics, operational readiness, and Ottava system capabilities.
• Identify and address barriers to successful program launch across administrators, robotic coordinators, OR leadership, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Provide prescriptive guidance and scalable programs that accelerate Ottava adoption and enable hospitals to launch and grow robotic programs.
