DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company, seeks a Senior Marketing Manager for the VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution & Digital Surgery in Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Warsaw, IN. You will own downstream strategy for the knee platform, drive adoption, and shape the commercial narrative across robotics and digital health.

The role requires 10+ years in marketing/strategy, cross-functional leadership, and deep knowledge of capital equipment markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
10+ years of marketing, product management, and/or commercial strategy experience.
Experience leading teams and driving growth in technology or capital equipment settings.
Proven ability to translate platform capabilities into surgeon- and health system–relevant value.
Strong analytical, ROI, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Own and lead the U.S. downstream commercialization strategy for the VELYS Knee platform and digital ecosystem.
Define launch plans, pricing inputs, and channel strategies to optimize adoption and ROI.
Collaborate with Sales, Upstream Marketing, R&D, IT, and Education to align on roadmap and messaging.
Drive customer experience, retention, and installed-base utilization through targeted programs.
Lead leadership development and cross-pillar collaboration to unify implant and enabling-technology narratives.
