Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive business experience in marketing, sales, strategy, or product development.
• Experience in medical device marketing and healthcare capital equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own US hospital Ottava program rollout strategy from purchase to launch and utilization.
• Define launch models aligning economics, readiness, and system capabilities.
• Identify barriers to launch across administrators, OR leadership, and stakeholders.
• Serve as SME on hospital needs and translate insights into Challenger narratives.
• Define peer-to-peer engagement and enablement strategies for adoption.
• Partner with Capital Sales to support field challenges and provide prescriptive tools.
