Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) in Cerritos, CA seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategy across brand, demand gen, content, and partner marketing. You will partner with leadership, sales, vendors, and technology partners to execute integrated campaigns and events that drive awareness and revenue.

The role demands hands-on leadership, a data-driven mindset, and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes across multi-channel programs and partner-funded initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience.
• Experience in technology or IT-related industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Manage and strengthen GST's brand presence across digital, print, social media, web, and customer-facing channels.
• Lead partner marketing initiatives and maximize MDF through co-branded campaigns, events, and strategic alliances.
• Plan and execute customer events, executive briefings, webinars, seminars, conferences, trade shows, and partner engagement programs.
• Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, website content, social media, and marketing automation initiatives.
• Create and oversee high-impact marketing content, including case studies, customer success stories, blogs, presentations, thought leadership pieces, and sales enablement materials.
• Partner closely with sales leadership to support pipeline development, lead generation, campaign execution, and revenue-focused marketing programs.
• Measure and analyze campaign performance, lead conversion, event ROI, and marketing KPIs to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and MDF reporting while ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring timely execution, brand consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify new marketing opportunities and best practices.
