Genentech seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead content excellence execution within the Digital Marketing Office. You will shape content strategy, drive cross-functional collaboration with brand marketing, procurement, and operations, and guide agency partnerships to deliver compliant, high-impact content at scale.

You will influence governance, apply genAI-enabled content workflows, and ensure content meets regulatory standards while accelerating time-to-market across Genentech brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Two years of marketing experience or one year of marketing experience and an MBA.
• 5 years minimum work experience, with 3 years of commercial experience (e.g., market access, marketing, sales or customer insights).
• MBA or other related graduate level degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Establish, evaluate, and iterate content creation workflows across asset types and use cases, collaborating with brand marketing to surface opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
• Support content activation activities, including measurement, upskilling, content champion engagement, and change management to promote engagement and manage change effectively.
• Serve as the voice of the business to in-house creative and production resources, ensuring high-quality, fast content delivery for 1Marketing.
• Lead and participate in governance for Agency of Record partnerships, driving alignment with evolving 1Marketing strategy.
• Partner with governance bodies to establish compliant organizational standards and processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance digital content effectiveness.
• Contribute to broader CMG initiatives and progress toward outcomes.
• Lead or join cross-functional work teams across the CMG network with innovative approaches.
