Genentech is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Content Excellence Execution, to lead enterprise-level content strategy and the transformation of its content creation processes using genAI. You will partner with 1Marketing, digital, and brand teams to enable rapid, personalized content creation that meets regulatory standards across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of marketing experience or one year plus MBA.
• 5+ years overall experience, with 3+ years in commercial roles such as marketing, sales or insights.

Responsabilités

• Establish and iterate content creation workflows across asset types and use cases with evolving genAI capabilities.
• Support content activation, measurement, upskilling, and change management to boost engagement.
• Coordinate with internal creatives to deliver high-quality, compliant content at speed.
• Govern Agency of Record relationships with Procurement and Marketing Ops for aligned standards.
