Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Content Excellence Engagement, to lead the enterprise content strategy during a GenAI-enabled transformation. You will empower the 1Marketing organization to create fast, impactful personalized content across brands and channels.

Reporting to the Content Excellence Lead, you will influence workflows, training, and collaboration with brand teams to improve content quality and efficiency. Location in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in commercial roles (e.g., market access, marketing, sales, or customer insights).
• MBA or other related graduate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, evaluate, and iterate content creation workflows across asset types and use cases with brand input.
• Support content activation activities including measurement and change management.
• Provide hands-on coaching to marketers on content creation tools and best practices.
• Collaborate to design scalable workflows for content creation aligned with brand strategy and CMG goals.
• Develop and maintain training materials to help content creators access up-to-date guidelines.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance digital content.
