Genentech in South San Francisco, CA is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Content Excellence Execution to lead enterprise content strategy amid a genAI-enabled transformation. You will drive fast creation of personalized content and support the content creation engine across 1Marketing.

The role partners with the Digital Marketing Office, Procurement, and Marketing Operations, governing Agencies of Record to ensure compliant, high-quality output across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years marketing experience or 1 year plus MBA.
• 5+ years total with 3+ in commercial roles such as market access, marketing, sales, or customer insights.
• MBA or related graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, evaluate, and iterate content creation workflows across assets and use cases.
• Support content activation including measurement and change management.
• Serve as the voice of the business to in-house creative and production resources.
• Lead governance for Agency of Record partnerships and process alignment.
• Collaborate with PRC and Digital Governance Board to ensure compliant standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies for digital content.
• Contribute to CMG-wide initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Lead or participate in flexibly deployed work teams across the CMG network.
• Work autonomously aligning with product value, customer positioning, and squad priorities.
