Position Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager will be instrumental in the development of campaigns, sales enablement and branding initiatives. You'll be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, nurture programs, webinars, and various industry events, with the goal of enhancing awareness and demand generation.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in financial services —not just executing but strategizing, planning, and then delivering results. Our team is lean, which means you’ll get the opportunity to wear many hats and impact many areas. This is a thinking and doing position. Everyone rolls up their sleeves. When you own a project, you own it from start to finish. We have resources and vendor partners that help and for whom you will be responsible, but you have the responsibility to ensure that things are done right, and you get the credit at the end when you deliver results.
This individual will have exceptional skills, attention to detail, a flexible mindset, a relentless work ethic, best-in-class organizational abilities and a willingness to go above and beyond. General knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically of registered investment advisors and their technology tools is a big plus.
While the role is primarily remote, in-person participation is expected based on proximity to the office. The Senior Marketing Manager will be expected to commute to the officeonce a weekif located nearby, oronce a monthif residing in a neighboring state. Those located outside these regions will remainfully remote. The Senior Marketing Manager will also be expected to participate inoccasional in-person company meetingsandtravelto 2-3industry conferences per year.
You will be reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will have the opportunity to help build the marketing department at the ground floor. Future opportunities include brand refresh, website redesign and new product launches.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and KPIs
- Take ownership of marketing calendars and ensure all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget
Conference Planning and Support:
- Plan and coordinate the company’s participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and events, ensuring a strong brand presence and maximum exposure
- Manage logistics, from booth design to shipments, ensuring seamless execution of all event-related activities
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create impactful messaging, presentations, and collateral for conferences
- Support pre-event marketing to build awareness and generate leads, and post-event follow-up to nurture leads and measure ROI
- Track industry events, identify key opportunities, and recommend conferences that align with the company’s strategic goals
- Manage conference budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources while maximizing event impact
Brand and Content Development:
- Champion the company’s brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints
- Lead the development of engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials
- Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across platforms
- Implement best practices within financial services sector and ensure all content can be leveraged for Advyzon’s various business channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs and market trends
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to execute high-quality marketing assets
- Work closely with the product team to ensure seamless go-to-market strategies for new launches
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, ROI, and customer acquisition costs
- Use data insights to iterate and refine strategies for continuous improvement
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure the company’s marketing strategies remain competitive
Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a growing marketing team
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and teamwork in a fast-paced startup environment
- Take a hands-on approach to lead marketing campaigns, while helping to build and scale the team over time
Qualifications And Experience
- 5 years of experience with marketing and sales enablement
- Reliably works independently to complete tasks and asks for help from managers, peers, or other resources when appropriate
- Hands-on experience with CRM, content development and tools, such as WordPress
- Experience in managing and optimizing social media channels to enhance engagement and brand visibility
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Canva, Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.), and the ability to quickly learn other systems.
- High level of self-motivation, including the ability to quickly learn complex businesses
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines, and transition smoothly as projects stop or start
- Proven analytical and problem-solving competencies, high attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind and a proven track record of flawless execution.
