Role Overview

As a Paid Acquisition Specialist, you will design, launch, and optimize campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels. Collaborate with creative, data, and strategy teams to meet client goals and drive performance.

Manage monthly ad budgets from $100k–$1M. Your expertise in campaign management, data analysis, and rapid testing will be crucial in scaling client acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, optimize campaigns; ensure audience targeting and creative alignment; collaborate with creative teams; meet client revenue and spend targets.
• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor KPIs; perform A/B testing; analyze data; provide insights for improvement.
• Budget Management & Forecasting: Allocate spend; provide forecasts.
• Reporting & Insights: Generate reports; present insights; communicate with clients.
