Job summary

QuidelOrtho is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Customer Informatics – North America to shape and execute the regional commercialization strategy for informatics products within digital health. You will translate global strategy into North America market development, enablement, and adoption programs.

You will identify new opportunities, partnerships, and services to accelerate growth while partnering with the Global Informatics unit and Corporate Strategy to broaden North America digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Informatics, or related field.
• 10+ years of related marketing experience in a regulated healthcare/diagnostics environment preferred.
• Experience commercializing products or solutions in healthcare or diagnostics.
• Strong understanding of healthcare and lab workflows and market dynamics.
• Ability to develop marketing strategies, positioning, launches, segmentation, and sales enablement tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% overnight.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA marketing strategy for Informatics solutions aligned to portfolio strategy.
• Translate global plans into NA market development, messaging, and sales enablement.
• Evaluate digital health services and solutions for NA market expansion.
• Present business cases for investment in digital health services and solutions.
• Lead launch planning for Informatics and digital health products and track adoption.
• Develop NA value proposition showing lab efficiency and data insights.
• Create sales tools, messaging, and customer-facing content for commercialization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
