Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. is seeking a strategic Product Marketing Manager to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy.

You will bridge market needs, client insights, and product innovation, ensuring our solutions are positioned effectively in the healthcare and benefits marketplace. You will develop product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools, collaborating with Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Client teams to articulate value and differentiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Health, or related field; equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within healthcare, insurance, employee benefits, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of strategic marketing planning and tactical execution.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation development skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, customer-focused messaging.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop market strategy and differentiated product messaging.
• Lead GTM plans and create sales collateral.
• Support product launches with messaging, training, and multi-channel campaigns.
