Job Overview
Our client, a leader in the SaaS Identity space, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Customer Acceleration. This is a remote contract position lasting 7 months.
Required Skills & Experience
- Deep understanding of campaign nuances, both internal and external
- Experience building successful multi-channel and integrated enterprise campaigns
- Strong knowledge of demand generation, lifecycle marketing, nurture best practices, customer advocacy, and campaign creation
- Proficiency in digital marketing trends and best practices
- Experience in the Software or Technology industry is preferred
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage projects from start to finish and demonstrate results
- Team-oriented and energetic
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Marketo, Google Drive, advanced marketing and reporting tools, and data analysis
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize marketing efforts
- Effective project management skills, familiarity with Asana is a plus
Responsibilities
What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate with Customer Acceleration teams to develop and implement campaign strategies
- Execute demand generation and awareness programs (email, webinars, online events, social media, video, etc.)
- Launch and promote new Customer Acceleration offerings, supporting beta and general availability
- Develop creative strategies to drive program adoption in partnership with Customer First teams
- Manage campaigns, analyze data for effectiveness, and optimize tactics
- Coordinate with Marketing and external vendors for campaign execution
- Create compelling content tailored to internal and external personas, understanding technical and buyer personas across IT, Security, Digital, CX, and Marketing
- Partner with web teams to develop and optimize Customer Acceleration webpages
- Assist in virtual and live event planning and logistics
