Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Marketing Liaison to help drive patient referrals and support the Business Development Director with training and leadership across the hospital marketing team. In this role, you will educate staff on referral development, develop outreach plans, and collaborate with physicians and community partners to promote Encompass Health services.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license and valid driving record.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent job experience.
• 3–5 years of liaison experience or licensed clinician; healthcare marketing preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Familiarity with acute hospital and rehab hospital markets.

Responsibilities

• Assists Business Development Director in the Referral to Admit Process.
• Educates and trains new staff on referral development and admissions.
• Supports touch calls and ride-alongs as assigned by the director.
• Helps manage liaisons as directed by the Business Development Director.
• Develops call plans to drive volume using Referral Development System.
• Understands healthcare operations, legal guidelines, market trends.
• Uses territory data to identify new business opportunities.
• Educates community, referral sources and physicians on hospital programs.
