Lead CPSC market strategy and business leadership for Central Pharmacy Service Center solutions.
Develop and execute the commercial strategy to accelerate adoption of BD's CPSC offering.
Analyze healthcare, pharmacy operations, and medication management trends to identify opportunities and threats.
Partner with senior leadership to define priorities and growth initiatives across centralized pharmacy operations.
Develop customer-facing content, presentations, sales tools, and messaging that differentiate BD's CPSC portfolio.
Serve as the primary marketing resource for CPSC messaging and market education.
Support commercial teams with customer engagements, thought leadership, and training.
