Job summary

Lenovo’s NA Marketing organization seeks a Senior Marketing Manager for the Solutions Services Group to lead regional marketing strategy and activation. The role focuses on expanding awareness and demand for Lenovo AI-enabled solutions and services, shifting conversations to business outcomes and transformation journeys.

The ideal candidate will partner with NA SSG Sales and Worldwide Marketing to translate priorities into actionable programs, manage a small team, and drive measurable growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience across field marketing, solutions/services marketing, demand generation, integrated marketing, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to translate business and Sales priorities into integrated marketing strategies that generate demand and influence pipeline.
• Strong understanding of complex B2B buyer journeys and customer-centric marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to set strategy and lead execution across multiple teams in a matrixed global organization.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience and ability to coach and develop marketing talent.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own the North America SSG marketing strategy, priorities, and activation roadmap aligned to growth and pipeline.
• Build strategies to increase awareness, consideration, demand, and pipeline for SSG and Lenovo’s solutions.
• Translate offerings into customer-centric value propositions focused on business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to drive services attach, cross-sell, upsell, and whitespace penetration.
• Use insights to refine strategy and prioritize investment.
• Position SSG as strategic partner connecting priorities with technology and services, with AI as a catalyst.
• Develop customer journeys guiding preparation, prioritization, and transformation.
• Create integrated demand-gen campaigns and measure KPIs for impact.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team and manage investments.
