Job summary

Lenovo's Solutions Services Group (SSG) is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Vice President/CMO of SSG Marketing. You will translate strategy into action, drive high-priority initiatives, strengthen storytelling and communications, and ensure strong execution across the global marketing organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in complex organizations.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on B2B marketing experience and ownership of strategies/programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Technology marketing experience in enterprise tech preferred.
• Strong executive storytelling and presentation-development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate marketing strategies and improve effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted thought partner to the CMO and Marketing leadership on priorities.
• Translate strategic priorities into outcomes, actions, owners and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams and organizations.
• Support development of executive presentations and leadership communications.
• Drive operating rhythm and accountability across leadership meetings and reviews.
• Advance AI transformation initiatives within SSG Marketing.
