Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or equivalent.
• MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of consumer marketing in high-volume hospitality.
• Ability to analyze problems and present concise solutions.
• Strong multitasking capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Directs the advertising agency to create brand campaigns and attract new business.
• Develops programs to increase gaming and non-gaming revenue from events, entertainment and F&B.
• Oversees digital and social efforts for brand presence across platforms.
• Maintains open communications with operations, finance and other departments.
• Leads development and growth of the marketing team.
• Develops and manages the budget for advertising, social media, events, entertainment and Asian marketing.
• Leads Live! Casino & Hotel’s community leadership efforts.
• Develops staff, conducts interviews, and performs performance evaluations.
