Job summary

Ortho Development Corporation is seeking a Sr. Marketing & Events Specialist in Draper, UT to lead event planning for national and regional trade shows, medical education programs and corporate visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 4+ years in professional event planning.
• Experience managing large trade shows and vendors.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute logistics for national and regional trade shows, medical education programs, corporate visits, sales meetings, trainings, webinars and other events.
• Manage large-scale trade show exhibits and smaller regional displays; coordinate booth design and services.
• Coordinate event registration, venues, vendors, travel, hotels, catering, AV, materials and on-site logistics.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, checklists and project documentation using Monday.com, HubSpot, Eventbrite and other tools.
• Manage event communications and deliverables with vendors, attendees, sales reps and internal teams.
• Track expenses, process invoices and purchase orders, reconcile budgets.
• Coordinate post-event activities including attendee feedback and reporting.
• Identify and resolve logistical challenges and improve event processes.
