Forward Networks is seeking a Senior Marketing Events Contractor to join our marketing team in Santa Clara. You will own turnkey events end-to-end, from planning tabletop booths to on-site execution and post-event data hygiene, ensuring a polished presence at every engagement.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of hands-on tradeshow experience and ability to own events independently.
• Highly organized with a proven system for managing tasks and deadlines.
• Clear and effective communicator in professional emails and meetings.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Suite; experience with Asana; familiarity with lead retrieval tools and event platforms.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Independently plan and execute turnkey tabletop events from start to finish, including logistics, timelines, on-site coordination and post-event data hygiene.
• Support execution of larger tradeshows and corporate events including venue sourcing, budget tracking, and lead data quality.
• Maintain detailed project plans (like Asana) for multiple concurrent events and ensure milestones are tracked across teams.
• Maintain warehouse inventory of branded merchandise and event materials, coordinating restocks and shipping.
• Build relationships across marketing and other departments to keep event execution moving smoothly.
