Qualifications

• Experience with customer decisioning software such as Pega CDH.
• Pega Decisioning Consultant certification.
• HTML coding proficiency.
• SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of a Test/QA/Production environment structure.
• Interest in Marketing Technology.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting business requirements to develop business rule logic within Pega to create targeted marketing campaigns.
• Provide consultation with business partners across Product and Marketing.
• Perform quality control checks on developed logic.
• Coordinate across business and technology teams.
• Manage multiple projects and meet target deadlines.
• Assisting lower level analysts.
