You will lead modeling efforts at the intersection of customer behavior, marketing and AI, driving business impact with explainable, scalable solutions.

You’ll collaborate with engineers and marketing leaders, bringing strong communication and independent execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science with 3+ years in marketing context.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and research skills.
• Hands-on with ML frameworks and modern data stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing ML models and frameworks shaping customer behavior and business strategy.
• Develop Customer Intent Modeling and Next Best Action frameworks.
• Lead Marketing Mix Modeling and attribution to guide investment decisions.
• Provide technical leadership and translate insights to business stakeholders.
