Job summary
The Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, CA is seeking a Sr Analyst, Marketing Data Product to drive data collection, cleaning, and insights across our Performance Marketing tools. You will help design data pipelines and analytics interfaces, blending advertising creativity with data-driven decisions.
You will collaborate with an embedded Disney media team to deliver high-impact insights, build prototypes with AI/LLMs, and ensure data quality across dashboards and pipelines, while reporting to the
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Data Engineering/Analytics or technical Product Management
- Strong experience with SQL and large datasets
- Experience with workflow tracking tools (e.g., Airtable)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Maintain product roadmaps for a small suite of Performance Marketing tools
- Own data tables and collections; act as SME for data assets
- Coordinate product releases with external teams
- Write/approve technical user stories for engineers
- Collaborate with software engineers to improve processes and tools
- Ensure analytics tools/dashboards deliver value for campaigns
- Leverage AI/LLMs to prototype and build new tools
