Job summary

One Park Financial is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to advance data-driven marketing decisions. You will shape analytics strategies, evaluate multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with Marketing and Analytics teams to improve inbound marketing and lifecycle management.

Strong SQL and Python skills, GA4 experience, and comfort with attribution models are required. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data quality, and creating actionable insights that drive spend efficiency

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing analytics or similar role, preferably in finance
• Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, A/B testing, Web Analytics, Campaign & Content Analytics; Salesforce ideal
• Strong SQL and Python skills; data manipulation and modelling
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google APIs, and marketing platforms (Google, Meta)
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing analytics strategies aligned with business goals
• Analyze performance across channels (TV, Search, Social, Email, Display/Video)
• Conduct exploratory analyses to generate hypotheses and size opportunities
• Run A/B tests and experiments; gather stakeholder feedback to refine processes
• Maintain dashboards and QA data for reliable attribution across datasets
