Job summary

Ben Bridge Jeweler in Seattle seeks a Senior Marketing Coordinator to drive strategy, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. You will support cross-functional teams including Media, Merchandising, and Ecommerce to ensure on-brand, effective content and experiences for luxury partners such as Rolex, Cartier, and Mikimoto.

You will collaborate with the Senior Marketing Director and leadership on growth initiatives, operations, and budget, while ensuring campaigns

Qualifications

• Three or more years of marketing or related field experience (jewelry a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Multitask and balance competing priorities across teams and agencies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to be nimble, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
• Positive team player collaborating across departments and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist in strategy development and execution of Ben Bridge and co-op marketing plans with vendor partners.
• Develop campaigns and briefs; coordinate production activities like photoshoots.
• Evaluate creative with internal teams to ensure brand alignment.
• Deliver integrated omnichannel campaigns featuring the right product mix for goals.
• Analyze marketing performance and report results; conduct post-mortems.
• Assist in managing the marketing budget and department inventory.
