ZGF Architects is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator for our Los Angeles office. You will support the marketing team by tracking pursuit opportunities, developing marketing outlines and content with designers, and coordinating proposal materials.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience in the A/E/C industry; architecture/engineering/construction background preferred.
• Proficiency in InDesign and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and Deltek Vision/OpenAsset.
• Strong writing, editing, research, and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor RFPs and opportunities; support interview rehearsal and preparation.
• Develop high-quality marketing collateral, qualifications, proposals, and presentations; coordinate content with designers.
• Coordinate statements of interest, qualifications, proposals, SF330 forms and marketing correspondence.
• Research clients, market trends, and business development information with Marketing Manager.
• Maintain Deltek Vision database and marketing calendars; assist with events and awards submissions.
