Job Description
Gedeon GRC is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our firm. This role supports marketing and business development efforts across various market sectors, contributing to our company's growth and client development initiatives. Working in a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional, strengths-based team, supporting AEC client and project pursuits and assisting the team in the implementation of all marketing activities.
Salary Range
$75,000 - $96,850 annually. Pay commensurate with experience.
LOCATION:
Remote (local to the Houston area). This position expects about 10% of travel.

Responsibilities
❖ Source and track project opportunities (e.g., RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, LOIs, SOQs); circulate opportunities for in-house Go/No-Go decision making; and coordinate/prepare for kick-off meetings.
❖ Attend pre-proposal meetings, as needed.
❖ Spearhead proposals as a prime and/or sub-consultant from start to finish, in compliance and consistency with development schedules, outlines, and RFP/client requirements.
❖ Collaborate closely with consultants and project managers throughout the proposal process.
❖ Write and tailor resumes, project descriptions, and other related materials to align with client needs.
❖ Research agencies and report on projects/capital plans for future planning efforts.
❖ Develop, coordinate, and create high-quality graphics to support marketing materials including proposals, presentations, brochures, announcements, reports, and handouts.
❖ Prepare pre-qualification packages and required forms, as needed
❖ Plan, organize, and prepare materials for conferences and other activities.
❖ Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
❖ Manage outreach efforts, schedule client meetings and introductory calls, and conduct follow-ups.
❖ Maintain and update the company's marketing and client database, ensuring accurate records for employees, projects, and clients.
❖ Schedule follow-ups and manage close-out activities for pursuits, such as database updates, file organization, and supporting document uploads.
❖ Track, document, and report on proposal “wins” and other outcomes to provide insights into business development success, identify trends, and support strategic planning for future pursuits.
❖ Assist with the company's advertising and marketing campaigns on the website, brochures, social media platforms such as LinkedIn, etc., as well as via mass emails to clients and consultants related to the industry.
❖ Support marketing process initiatives.
❖ Undertake additional related marketing duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
❖ Bachelor's degree from a 4 accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
❖ Experience with Harris County, Texas DOT and HAS is required.
❖ 5 years plus of experience in (A/E/C) marketing required.
❖ In-depth understanding of professional services procurement practices.
❖ Proven ability to work independently, with strong and effective presentation skills.
❖ Prowess to build effective relationships with a wide range of people.
❖ Ability to utilize and submit on agency and consultants' platforms and portals.
❖ Familiarity with CRM platforms (such as Deltek Vantagepoint and Unanet).
❖ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
❖ Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and knowledge of other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
