JM Eagle, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to develop messages for print and digital marketing, and to copyedit content across the Marketing Department. The role supports CRM processes, timekeeping, and marketing campaign improvements while coordinating project work and communications.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of experience, with strong writing, editing, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations and 3 years related experience.
• Experience in corporate content creation, social media, and other creative content development is a plus.
• Ability to write clearly, edit accurately, and maintain brand consistency.

Responsabilidades

• Write messages through print collateral, website content, brochures, and product descriptions.
• Copyedit content for spelling, grammar, syntax, and punctuation to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Conduct research, monitor marketing trends, and support competitive campaigns.
• Maintain marketing database, photo library, and filing systems.
• Handle administrative tasks in Salesforce CRM and timekeeping platforms.
• Provide marketing project and tradeshow support and customer service as needed.
• Balance priorities and inform teams to meet deadlines and commitments.
