EDCO is seeking a Marketing Specialist I in Frederick, MD to create engaging content, support campaigns, and help grow our digital presence. This is a hands-on role that collaborates with Sales, Customer Experience, and Engineering to drive product awareness and customer messaging.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of marketing experience, a bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications, strong writing skills, and experience with email, websites, SEO, and CRM.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with email marketing, social media, website content, and basic marketing analytics.
• Ability to plan, create, and manage campaigns across channels.
• Self-starter with initiative and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Create Engaging Content: Write and edit email campaigns, website copy, product descriptions, blogs, brochures, case studies, and sales materials.
• Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan, build, test, and launch campaigns across email, websites, social media, digital advertising, print, and events.
• Connect With Customers: Gather feedback, understand challenges, develop customer stories to inform decisions.
• Manage Digital Channels: Keep websites and e-commerce content current, including product pages, imagery, landing pages, and basic SEO.
• Support Social Media and Creative Projects: Coordinate calendars, photography, videos, and other assets.
• Support Sales and Lead Generation: CRM data quality, lead capture, tracking, routing, and follow-up.
• Coordinate Events and Trade Shows: Planning, materials, lead collection, follow-up.
• Measure Results: Monitor campaigns, website activity, leads, and social engagement.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Engineering, vendors, and agencies.
