Job summary

ESSC is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Kansas City team. You will develop and execute integrated campaigns across channels, collaborating with marketing peers and enterprise stakeholders to support multi-brand goals.

You’ll contribute to strategy, craft messaging, and manage content across email, SMS, social media, and PR, while coordinating timelines and ensuring on-brand delivery. A strong emphasis on analytics and stakeholder collaboration defines success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of marketing/campaign management experience.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Solid experience with social and digital tactics.
• Excellent organization, proofreading, and process discipline.
• Proven collaborator, multi-tasker, analytical thinker, autonomous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across channels.
• Assist with campaign strategy, messaging, copywriting and content planning.
• Create and manage content for email, SMS, social, PR, and e-commerce initiatives.
• Coordinate campaigns in marketing tech platforms and manage calendars.
