Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Compliance to join our Integrated Marketing team. You will ensure that marketing materials meet legal and regulatory standards, partnering with Product Marketing, Creative, and consumer-facing channels to apply guidelines with precision.

You will champion AI-assisted review, lead best-practice documentation, and build an intake system for all team requests while coordinating with the legal team on evolving rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years in a marketing operations, business affairs, or equivalent role.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, specifically legal and regulatory exposure.
• Expert-level attention to detail and track record of applying concepts to output.
• Ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review each piece of customer-facing material to ensure compliance with legal guidelines.
• Embrace AI as a support tool for marketing review.
• Be a partner to cross-functional teams and provide guidance on messaging based on legal and regulatory concepts.
• Exercise good judgment on when to escalate issues for further review with senior leadership.
• Lead documentation of best practices aggregated across product categories and marketing assets.
• Develop an intake system for requests from all team members.
• Partner with the legal team on new rules and regulations that come out.
