Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Compliance to join our Integrated Marketing team. This role collaborates with Product Marketing, Creative, and consumer-facing channel leads to ensure materials meet legal standards.

You will apply guidelines with high attention to detail, guide messaging across teams, and develop an intake system for requests. This remote-first position emphasizes cross-functional partnership and a proactive approach to regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years in a marketing operations, business affairs, or equivalent role
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, specifically legal and regulatory team exposure
• Ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
• Expert-level attention to detail and track record of applying concepts to output

Responsibilities

• Review each piece of customer-facing material to ensure compliance with our legal guidelines
• Embrace AI as a support tool for marketing review
• Be a partner to cross-functional teams and provide guidance on messaging based on a grasp of legal and regulatory concepts
• Exercise good judgment on when to escape a issue for further review and discussion with the SVP and other senior members of the team
• Lead documentation of best practices that is aggregated across product categories and marketing assets
• Develop an intake system for requests from all team members
• Partner with the legal team on new rules and regulations that come out
