Job summary

Service Electric Company is seeking a Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead internal and external communications, brand management, and marketing initiatives across the organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing communications.
• Pervious supervisory experience, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage the company's internal and external communications strategy, including an annual marketing/communications calendar aligned with company priorities.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, coaching, and development for employee(s), assigning priorities and monitoring workloads, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and approval processes simultaneously.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of communications and marketing initiatives, adjusting strategy based on results.
• Manage the company’s relationship with its outside marketing vendor, including project scope, priorities, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating work between internal stakeholders, the marketing team, and outside vendors, determining when projects should be completed internally or through an outside resource.
