Job summary

Service Electric Company is seeking a Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead internal and external communications. You will craft engaging content for customers and employees, develop presentations, and ensure brand consistency across all materials.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in communications/marketing/PR and 3+ years in corporate communications, with supervisory experience viewed as a plus. The position is office-based with occasional travel in the Southeast region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or relevant knowledge or skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing communications.
• Pervious supervisory experience, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company's internal and external communications strategy.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and development for staff.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and approvals.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of communications and adjust strategy.
• Coordinate with outside marketing vendor and internal teams.
• Create customer communications, presentations, bid materials, and content.
• Maintain marketing resources and PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop brochures, flyers, ads, event materials, and digital content.
• Ensure brand consistency across materials.
